The Keepsake Club
The Keepsake Club is a monthly edition of art, inspiration, and wonder—posted straight to your mailbox.
Each month, you’ll receive an A5 signed art print produced exclusively for Club members, drawn from my studio archives or recent work. From time to time, members will also be invited to vote on the subject of an upcoming print. Every piece is accompanied by a letter from my studio, sharing quiet reflections of the month and glimpses into the inspiration and process behind the work. Prints are created on archival-quality paper, ready to frame, gift, or pin to your wall.
Each month, one lucky subscriber will discover something special. Inside their envelope, instead of a print, they’ll find an original painting—a small surprise for those who wish to collect my work slowly, build a gentle gallery at home, or simply receive something beautiful in the mail.

Why Slow Mail Matters
In a world of endless scrolling and constant noise, Keepsake Club is designed to offer a quieter moment — something tangible to hold, collect, and return to over time.
Each month’s artwork and studio letter are inspired by moments I’ve noticed and gathered along the way: changing seasons, places with stories, and memories that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
My hope is that these mails feel like small keepsakes arriving at your door — pieces that bring a sense of inspiration, comfort, and beauty to your everyday life.
FAQ's
When will I receive my mail?
If you join by the end of each month, you will receive that month’s Keepsake Club print and studio letter. All mail-outs are shipped on the third Monday of the following month via untracked post.
For example, May memberships receive the May print and letter, which will be sent in June.
Original artwork recipient will be contacted separately to arrange tracked shipping.
Haven't received your mail?: I have all my trust in the postal system, but please let me know via rachelrussellstudio@gmail.com or Patreon's direct message if you have not received your mail after 8 weeks and I will send you a replacement.
International delivery
We currently have members worldwide - Australia, New Zealand, the US, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Germany. The mail is sent untracked via snail mail, so please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery.
Can I give the Keepsake Club Subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! You can sign up for either monthly or annual subscription for the recipient. Please let me know the recipient's name and address when you sign up so that the letters find their way to the right home.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you’re free to cancel your subscription at any time.
